Healing Victims of Human Trafficking and Abuse with Dr. Allison Brownlee and Ciara Guedesse

Dr.  Allison Brownlee and Ciara Guedesse are working together through Stronger Together Community Services and Venture Active to provide low and no cost mental health services to individuals, couples, and families in San Diego. Their services include traditional talk therapy (what you would normally think of; two people in a room talking) and alternative healing actives: yoga, paddle boarding, adventure events, hiking. They also offer wellness retreats that focus on specific populations, like survivors of domestic violence and survivors of human trafficking.
