The Good Times Hour

The Good Times Hour hosted by Mace Man and Mister Bee, is a podcast dedicated to the preservation and presentation of the great stories from those who built not only disc golf, but all flying disc sports. Since 1957 the world has gone freak for the frisbee, and many people contributed many hours of work, play, and action towards the establishment of all flying disc sports. Their stories need to be told and archived. We consider this a living history project dedicated to and centered upon the object we hold near and dear. Mace Man has been active in disc golf in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex for over 30 years, running tournaments, selling merchandise, organizing clinics, and promoting the sport in any way he can. He has been to and helped operate the USDGC every year since 1999, and now he is getting much better known for the majestic glass trophies he makes for the Championship and the Memorial. Mister Bee has been a player and promoter of disc golf since he began in 1993, running tournaments, working at the PDGA office, and organizing a province wide tour across Ontario. Located in Toronto, he has also been the Host with the Most Roasts for the last 8 years for one of the country’s biggest and most prestigious tournaments, the Toronto Island Maple Leaf.
