#5 OPENING UP OUR SEXUALITY When did you stop giving yourself permission? Permission to feel. Permission to enjoy. Permission to be fully, unapologetically alive in your body. In this episode, we go deep into the root chakra - the lover chakra. The place in the body where our life force, our creative power, and our sexuality live. And we look at something few of us talk about openly: that many of us as women - unconsciously -  punish ourselves. We punish ourselves by shutting down. By keeping pleasure at a distance. By turning our innate sexuality into something we control rather than something we live. But here is what we need to remember: don't close up your sexual desires. Your soul's essence is deeply intertwined with your sexuality - it is not separate from who you are. It is who you are. And that sexual energy is not just personal. It is connected to something far greater - the big consciousness. When you open up to your own desire, you open up to the universe itself AND your lifeforce. You can welcome pleasure on another level. So what if the opposite of shutting down was the way? What if giving yourself the orgasm, the desire, the surrender is actually a portal?
