Les mer The Mama Do It Collective Podcast

Each week in the month of March, I’ll drop an interview via podcast! No matter how far along you are in your motherhood journey, the interviews are full of vulnerability and relateability in the demands of motherhood. They’ve reminded me that the demands of motherhood and lifestyle can and will be hard. However, adjusting your mindset, using your resources, and healing any life traumas will make achieving what makes us happy in life, possible. I hope that after each episode you feel seen, but also reinvigorated, and inspired to be more than “Mom”.
