Episode 14 - Pregnancy after Infertility and the Last PIO

After battling infertility for four years, we've finally arrived at the 10-week mark of our pregnancy and each day brings a unique mix of joy, fear, and anxiety. A sudden onset of bleeding two weeks into the pregnancy made our hearts stop, and we'll recount the frantic calls to the emergency line, the amazing support from family, and the overwhelming relief of hearing our baby’s heartbeat in the ER.  Our fertility journey is a testament to how life-altering events compel us to reshape our lifestyles. We'll share how we turned to a natural and organic way of life in a bid to stack the odds in our favor. We discuss the importance of preparing for a positive outcome and how we took preemptive measures and made big lifestyle changes. But remember, every journey is unique, and while we were fortunate, it's vital to understand that there are no guaranteed successes in this process. We can only control what we can control, and sometimes, it's okay to let go and try to trust the process.
