Kyle is the Owner of both DLC Origin Mortgages and The Green Mortgage Team from Vancouver, BC, who has been a Top 25 Broker in Canada since 2017 (volume funded), a Top 10 Broker in DLC, and a member of the DLC Elite Hall of Fame over his nearly 20 years in the mortgage industry.
Kyle leads with a sharp strategic mindset and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional client results, building his reputation by tackling complex financing scenarios and guiding clients through commercial deals, investment property acquisitions, and long-term real estate portfolio growth. His ability to simplify intricate lending structures while maintaining big-picture vision gives clients confidence at every step of the process.
Since 2011, Kyle has been the Owner of The Green Mortgage Team, a top 25 brokerage since 2018 providing residential & commercial mortgages across Canada. In 2022, Kyle purchased Origin Home Financing Partners, merging into DLC Origin Mortgages, which funds approximately $1.4 billion in annually, which is in the top 5 of DLC franchises across Canada.
Now, in a major announcement, Kyle & DLC Origin Mortgages are merging with A Better Way Mortgage Group, along with their underwriting model, Expressway, becoming a central pillar of the combined operation. Consolidating to give their brokers the best in underwriting, training, & support.
