#95 Are you a people pleaser? The Online Samosa

People pleasers like to please other people. But did you know that they actually hurt them? The Online Samosa 00:00 A People pleasers praise even if they do not like it. It is social grease for them at a lower level. How do people pick up this skill of people pleasing? 1. It is a survival skill or a manipulation skill. Uncontained anger and mood is more important. 05:01 B 2. People lie to the other person to please them. This can break the trust. One cannot fool other people all the time. 3. Team energy is lost. One has the warped definition of fairness. There is no integrity. 4. As a people pleaser, one attracts people who are people pleaser too. This changes the definition of love for a people pleaser. 5. Once people pleaser becomes a habit, a person does not understand the meaning of love. The definition of love is wrong for a people pleaser. 09:30 C For the sake of true love-- 1. Don't compromise integrity, 2. Build trust 3. Build long term relationships 4. Be open to learning. 13:00 D Yamini's understanding and perspective. #94 How to heal after a BURN in a conversation? The Online Samosa

"I shouldn't have said that." This is something I feel. Have you felt that way before? What should you do? The Online Samosa 00:00 A Method 1-- Become more loving---We all carry with us attached to our ego the concept of how much love we want to give to people. Love is pleasant and healing. Love is what is good for everyone and makes sense. 09:014 B Method 2-- When one says something it hurts the other person. I must develop the thinking skill. One must think like Chess. Do the 'what if, what if' 10 times no matter how tough it is. After 10 times you will be able to take the right decision. 11:30 C Method 3-- Say your emotional truth and say what you know. Say what you don't know and don't be afraid. Say your part of the truth. It is not easy but it is very simple. 14:37 D Yamini's experience and learning. Liker at det er både Podcaster (godt utvalg) og lydbøker i samme app, pluss at man kan holde Podcaster og lydbøker atskilt i biblioteket.
