Join us as WE come together to see the issues and the needs of today’s HEROES, our veterans and first responders. WE will discuss the solutions and see the organizations that are boots on the ground as WE combat the silent, invisible and deadly enemies our HEROES are facing. WE are a grassroots, nonpartisan, nonprofit acting in the Mission to honor, empower and support those who have served. WE are the shock and awe in combating the silent, invisible and deadly enemies of our daily heroes, the First Responders and Veterans. Our goals come on many levels and forms as WE are raising awareness to those who do not know, WE are providing resources to those in need and WE provide the opportunities to those who are still interested in serving and/or have not had or taken the chance to serve before. WE are the beacon of hope for many to change their world through recalibration and rehabilitation. Our goals are to get our HEROES back into their families and communities. Happy Heroes create happy communities.

We Got Your 6@6 with THE PEOPLE'S PATRIOT PROJECT

In Episode 301, we sit down with Rebekah Gundrum, a Navy veteran whose passion for supporting her brothers and sisters in the veteran community is nothing short of inspiring. As the founder of Triggered 22, Rebekah shares the deeply personal journey that led her to create a mission-driven organization focused on addressing PTSD and suicide among veterans. With over 20 years of service and two sons currently serving, Rebekah brings both lived experience and hard-earned wisdom to the conversation. She opens up about the realities many veterans face after service and emphasizes the importance of staying connected—because, as she says, “in the community is where we need to be.” Her goal is simple but powerful: to ensure that no one feels alone and that every veteran knows there is hope, healing, and access to resources that can help them reclaim their lives. This episode also features music from Marine Corps veteran Luke Morgan, whose songs add depth and emotion to the conversation. From “Shotgun,” a tribute to lessons learned the hard way, to “Gaslight,” a bold take on manipulation in today’s world, and “Man I Used To Be,” a reflection on growth and fatherhood—Luke’s music perfectly complements the heart of this episode. We close with updates from The People’s Patriot Project, including upcoming community events like Patriots in the Park, the Rosemount Beyond the Yellow Ribbon gathering, and exciting initiatives like the online auction and Frontline Freedom Fest. This episode is a powerful reminder that through connection, purpose, and community, healing is possible—and no one has to walk that journey alone. Next Week's Guests:    26 May 2026 * Noel Mitchell - Rebuild the Brave * Jamey Peacock

We Got Your 6@6 with THE PEOPLE'S PATRIOT PROJECT

On this episode of We Got Your 6@6, we bring together creativity, music, and mission-driven purpose with two powerful guests who are using their passions to make a difference. Timothy Colomer, founder of Little Dog Art Studio, shares how a simple moment during a Christmas shopping trip with his son turned into something much bigger. What started as a paint-by-number idea quickly evolved into a meaningful artistic journey, with demand skyrocketing almost overnight. Through his work, Timothy has created more than just art—he’s created space for conversation, connection, and healing. He speaks to the importance of creativity in mental health, reminding us that slowing down, breathing, and focusing on creating something meaningful can have a profound impact. We also sit down with Scott Pryor, a veteran, trial lawyer, and lead singer of the band War Child. While he spends his professional life advocating for others in the courtroom, his heart is equally invested in music and connection. Alongside fellow veterans in his band, Scott is building a movement that brings people together through shared experiences and honest conversations. After the devastating loss of his oldest child to suicide, Scott found a renewed sense of purpose—channeling grief into connection, awareness, and music that speaks to real-life struggles. Scott shares several songs that carry deep personal meaning: * “Save Me” — a powerful reflection on suicide and the urgent need to reach out and support one another * “Wide Awake” — a deeply personal tribute to his son, filled with love and remembrance * “Trigger the Sun” — a raw look at war, life after service, and the questions many carry in silence This episode is a reminder of the healing power of art, music, and community—and the importance of showing up for one another. The People’s Patriot Project Updates: We’re excited to share what’s ahead and how you can get involved: * Our online auction is now open for donations! We Got Your 6@6 with THE PEOPLE'S PATRIOT PROJECT

In this episode, we sit down with David Bowden, actor, songwriter, and emerging director/producer, to talk about his journey from military service to the entertainment industry. While serving in the Marines, David discovered a passion for storytelling and working behind the scenes—an interest that grew when he became a weapons instructor for actors in California. That experience opened the door to small acting roles and ultimately turned a long-held dream into reality. For David, acting has become more than a career—it’s a creative outlet that helps fill the void many veterans feel after transitioning out of service. Through film and music, he’s found a way to process his past while building something meaningful for the future. As he continues auditioning and pursuing new opportunities—including a near miss with Tulsa King—David remains focused on carving out his place in the industry. We also feature music from Mickey Lamantia, a former law enforcement and corrections officer who is making major waves in the music world. With nine albums under his belt and support from top industry professionals, his work reflects both patriotism and personal experience. Songs highlighted in this episode include “The Toast,” “Pledge of Allegiance,” and “Locked and Loaded.” As always, we wrap with updates from The People’s Patriot Project, including upcoming events like the Ruck at Alexis Bailly Winery, continued support for Wreaths Across America, and the growth of WeP3 Radio.

Liker at det er både Podcaster (godt utvalg) og lydbøker i samme app, pluss at man kan holde Podcaster og lydbøker atskilt i biblioteket.
