Even Al Capone found this place to be immensely scary. and now we all get to learn about just what made it scary as Hell to even him. And maybe be a little freaked out ourselves with everything that could possibly happen to a person stuck in forever solitary confinement. TPPP 126: The Golden Fleece | Live from a Brewery Here in Minneapolis, Utepils!

That's right, this is only our second face-to-face episode of The Possibly Paranormal Podcast, but it's from the same place we were in before. Utepils, the brewery named after the Norwegian word for the first beer you have after a long winter. And this episode hits the same as that beer. So, we also hit up a scary location in this episode. We venture to England for one of the most haunted pubs in the world, known as the Golden Fleece. They have skeletons, non-paying customers, non-paying customers that are also ghosts, and a whole slew of stories.  On top of that, Jake, Davis, and Lisa try their hand at a few stories themselves. Davis hits us up with some stories about The Wendigo and a scarecrow named Harold. Lisa tells us about The Golden Fleece in Covid times and the origins of Halloween. And Jake tries his hand at what we know to be one of the scariest paranormal entities in the world, Black Eyed Kids. Well, we've seen it in Stranger Things on Netflix, but did you know that it's a real thing? Well, now you do! Hellfire Club, also known as Montpelier Hill in Ireland is a real place. Filled with some pretty crappy rich people that did some pretty messed up things. You know? One second thought, I think we'll stick with just the one in Stranger Things. We can't? Welp, here we go! Listen to Lisa as she gives us a whole breakdown of the things that these very bored rich people did, most of it being pretty satanic. Listen to Davis quiz us on the difference between a devil, a demon, and just a random Latin person. And Jake brings us home with the stories of possession, black cats, and cloven hooves.
