Aging is NOT failing… 🤯

For real… society tells us that we aren’t supposed to age, and we can’t let ourselves go or we have failed. It’s represented all over and yet it’s done so much that we take over shaming ourselves for the normal process of life. We are told that if someone ages then they have “not aged gracefully” but that’s just a distraction from living life. That is a resistance to the process of life and yet the programming is there. So where do we go from here? Here I just want to share my thoughts on the matter in hopes, per usual, that it helps you on your journey. Have a wonderful week!
