I’m joined today by Tim Wotton, Tim has battled a chronic lung condition called Cystic Fibrosis and diabetes for nearly 50 years. He is an award-winning author, blogger, podcaster and public speaker, helping others to overcome their life and health challenges by sharing his physical and mental survival strategies. Tim lives in Wimbledon, England, with his wife and 12 year old son, he believes that every day is a gift with moments worth living for. Johan Cloete drops in to chat to us about how he managed to be away from his family for 8 weeks at a time and still be there for his kids. He officiated in many of the world's top cricket tournaments like the IPL, CPL and 2015 World Cup. We also chat about parent behavior next to the sports field and what needs to be done to make sure that we are better examples for our kids.
