Bonus episode: Beyond the 6 stages of healing

This is a bonus episode, because it was totally unplanned.  Since recording the last episode, I’ve read a book that's expanded my outlook on the stages of the healing process and it’s inspired me to record this episode. The book is called ‘The 12 Stages Of Healing: A Network Approach To Wholeness’ by Donald M Epstein and Nathaniel Altman. In episode 4:  The 6 Stages Of Healing, I stated that: “While these 6 stages are useful to describe the phases of healing we go through on a physical level, they’re not an adequate representation of the stages of spiritual healing or personal growth, which as we saw in the previous episode, is far more complex.” In a stroke of Divine Timing, Epstein’s book landed in my lap and has provided me the words to describe those stages of spiritual healing I was talking about. Revealing roadblocks & accelerating healing through dowsing

In this episode, I’ll be discussing the skills we can learn, and the tools we can use to reveal and heal the hidden roadblocks we’ve already talked about, so we can accelerate our healing and personal growth.  Life may not come with a manual, but we’re all born with an inbuilt guidance system - our intuition and discernment, which are our super-senses. Metaphysical roadblocks

In this episode I’m going to talk about metaphysical roadblocks. Metaphysical roadblocks are non-physical obstacles, for instance, non-beneficial beliefs, emotional, ancestral or past life trauma, or spiritual barriers, that can hinder a person's ability to fully heal and achieve wholeness.  Before we get started, its worth remembering that we only perceive about one-tenth of a billionth of the electromagnetic spectrum, so most of what exists in our reality are things we cannot see, hear, smell, taste or touch.
