Today I got to chat to Dr Nicky Keay, the Chief Medical Officer from Forth Edge who helps break down some of my blood panel results.  We are going to retest along the lead up to ironMan Wales in September whilst trying to reduce body weight and obviously maintain a decent level of training.  Part 2, will be the implementation of the results with a dietician and Coach, then Part 3 will be the discussing the final blood panel just before IMW in September.  Super excited to deliver this info and see how it can help prepare for performance.
