Alex is joined by owner Jay to chat about the journey that led to his name being above the door, why in business you always have to keep moving, and how his takeover of both The Alb and Dinky’s Diner is bringing a fresh sense of fun and inclusivity to Shrewsbury. Recorded upstairs in the newly renovated space, Jay also talks about working with Claire from Colours of Shrewsbury, whose creativity can now be seen across The Alb’s social media and the new look of Dinky’s too.
