episode Creativity and Collaboration with Elephantbird cover

Creativity and Collaboration with Elephantbird

In this episode I had the honor of Interviewing the duo Elephantbird about creative blocks and mental health, making time for being creative, navigating creative collaborations, as well as the emotional and technical sides of live performance.  ElephantBird is a multi-genre, indie-folk meets hip hop-driven duo of K.D.T. Produced It K.D.T. Produced It (Kevin Andre de Toledo) an L.A. native independent hip hop producer and beat maker and singer/songwriter and Ziad Fattah who is a multi-instrumentalist singer/songwriter, and has played in bands ranging from folk to funk. The duo met in 2013, but their first music collaboration came about in 2019 when they were tasked with creating the theme song for an independent TV pilot. That piece of music earned the duo a Telly Award nomination, and from there, they went on to cultivate their unique sound which you can hear in their debut album, Little Moves which is an eclectic blend of both artists' signature sounds, and combines vocal, poetry and spoken word, hip hop, acoustic, and electronic components. Liker at det er både Podcaster (godt utvalg) og lydbøker i samme app, pluss at man kan holde Podcaster og lydbøker atskilt i biblioteket.
Bra app. Oversiktlig og ryddig. MYE bra innhold⭐️⭐️⭐️
