In this part 3 episode, we dig into our second training block: Base Builder Our highly successful Base Builder progression returns in our most advanced progression to date. Endurance cyclists can build their base fitness for their next A-event across 14-weeks of highly structured training. We progress through all the critical glycolytic energy-systems in two week micro-blocks: * Aerobic Threshold * Low Anaerobic Threshold * High Anaerobic Threshold * Vo2 Max * Anaerobic Power * Peak Power Included in the weekly programming is twice weekly gym sessions, aerobic sessions and a progressively building endurance ride.
