Brought on Willie Derrick to grow the investment acquisitions and dispositions side. Ambition Academy launched in October — wrote a book, built a funnel, and filled the first class. One student already bought her first flip! Kicking off a major recruiting campaign for new agents. Nathan and Casey parted ways — and honestly, it’s bringing clarity and focus to the wholesale/investing side. 📈 Personal Investments: Day trading: small wins. Made strong returns in S&P 500 and gold before closing out positions. Holding BTC and high-yield cash positions for the long game. Back in the real estate game: picked up land for $51,600 with exits projected at $140K–$225K. Exploring my first money partner opportunity.
