We'll talk about how to filter our life events and our thoughts through the lens of scripture and why it's important to surround yourself with the sound wisdom of God through studying his word, having an active prayer life, and surrounding yourself with people who will encourage your heart and mind. Grab a pen and paper as we walk through a wellness exercise where you 1) identify negative thought patterns and the beliefs they stem from, 2) learn how to respond to negative self talk by magnifying God's truth, and 3) create a thought life where God's wisdom becomes commonplace.
