In this fourth episode we talk to an amazing personality, she is Forbes 30Under30, entrepreneur and a Doctor, Please meet Dr. Radhika Batra Radhika Batra is cofounder of the non-profit organization Every Infant Matters, which provides last-mile health solutions to disadvantaged children. Her main project is to reduce preventable blindness by dispensing Vitamin A to marginalized children. Within two years of launching, more than 23,000 children in India and Nigeria were prevented from possible blindness and 3,000 women received vitamins to boost the mother and child's nutrition. The organization also aims to promote breastfeeding and educate families on hygiene and proper hand washing techniques to improve childhood nutrition and prevent infections. In the first episode we talk to one such amazing personalities, Manasi. Manasi is a impact entrepreneur & runs a social enterprise, Kshitih Foundation ( www.kshitih.org & Instagram @kshitih_foundation), based in Korba, Chhattisgarh. She works on waste management, agroforestry, employment generation and skulking of rural and tribal communities and providing quality education (including humanities and sex education) to the underprivileged children in the state-run government schools. She has partnered with another organization to set up libraries in 5 such schools starting next month & She is also into farming innovations for promoting organic productions among local farmers.
