episode Agree With What God Has Said cover

Agree With What God Has Said

Good morning and welcome to Wake Up with Pastor Scot and Pastor Jason. Today we’re in Luke 1:38, where Mary responds to the angel and says, “I am the Lord’s servant. May it be to me as you have said.” This episode is all about agreeing with God’s Word and letting what He says become bigger than what you feel, what you see, or what your circumstances are saying. Mary had just received an impossible promise. In the natural, it made no sense. But instead of arguing with what God said, she agreed with it. That response is so powerful. She did not say, “Let it be to me according to what my body says,” or “according to what my past says,” or “according to what everyone else thinks.” She said, “Let it be to me according to your word.” Pastor Scot and Pastor Jason talk about how important it is to stop speaking only what is happening and start speaking what God has said. Maybe your body says one thing, but God says you are healed. Maybe your finances look one way, but God says He is your provider. Maybe your confidence is low, but God says you have the mind of Christ and that He has favor and purpose for your life. The blessing often follows what you are willing to say in agreement with God. This message is also a reminder that hearing God’s Word over and over matters. Faith comes by hearing. The more you hear what God says about you, the more you begin to believe it, and the more your life starts moving in that direction. Instead of repeating fear, insecurity, and limitation, begin repeating His promises until they become stronger than the old voice in your head. If God said it, agree with it. Speak it. Believe it. Let it be unto you according to His Word. Partner with us at wakeuptv.tv Don’t forget to like, share, and subscribe. episode Let Love Cover It cover

Let Love Cover It

Good morning and welcome to Wake Up with Pastor Scot and Pastor Holly. Today we’re in 1 Peter 4:8, where the Bible says, “Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.” This episode is all about deep love, strong relationships, and learning how to let love lead instead of offense, irritation, or hurt. Pastor Scot and Pastor Holly talk about how people can be insensitive, frustrating, and sometimes deeply hurtful. In marriage, family, friendships, and everyday relationships, people will say the wrong thing and do the wrong thing. But Scripture calls us to something higher. Above all, love deeply. That means not living touchy, offended, or constantly keeping score. It means letting love cover instead of letting every irritation become a bigger issue. This message also highlights the word deeply. Not shallow love. Not convenient love. Not temporary love. Deep, intense, and unfailing love. The kind of love that does not immediately pull away when people disappoint you. The kind of love that decides to stay kind, stay patient, and keep showing up even when life and relationships get hard. Pastor Scot and Pastor Holly also point out how much this affects your own happiness and peace. When you stop loving, stop overlooking, and stop covering, life gets heavier. Stress rises. Joy drops. But when you choose love, you create stronger relationships and a healthier heart. Love is not weakness. It is one of the strongest paths to joy, peace, and emotional strength. If you want a better marriage, better friendships, and a better life, love deeply. Let the little things stay little. Cover mistakes. Stay kind. And keep choosing love. episode Change Your Thinking, Change Your Life cover

Change Your Thinking, Change Your Life

Good morning and welcome to Wake Up with Pastor Scot and Pastor Holly. Today we’re in Joshua 1:8, and this episode is all about how meditation on God’s Word leads to a prosperous and successful life. The Bible tells us to keep the Word on our lips, meditate on it day and night, and do what it says. That is how our thinking changes, and when our thinking changes, our life starts changing too. Pastor Scot and Pastor Holly talk about how what you meditate on becomes what shapes you. If you keep thinking about lack, frustration, fear, bitterness, or failure, those thoughts begin steering your emotions, your words, and your choices. But when you begin meditating on God’s promises, His peace, His self-control, His generosity, and His truth, you start rewriting the beliefs inside of you that have been sabotaging your life. This message is a reminder that success does not begin on the outside. It begins in your thought life. Your emotions follow your meditation. Your choices follow your thoughts. Your future follows what you consistently keep before you. That is why the Word of God is so powerful. It becomes the new pattern that reshapes how you respond to life. Pastor Scot and Pastor Holly also point out that meditation fuels hope. When you keep thinking on what God says, your expectation rises. You stop magnifying what is missing and start magnifying what God can do. You begin believing for more, not from a place of striving, but from a place of trust. Meditating on the Word helps move you from reacting to life into building a life that prospers in every good thing. Partner with us at wakeuptv.tv Don’t forget to like, share, and subscribe. episode How to Stop Letting Your Thoughts Control You cover

How to Stop Letting Your Thoughts Control You

Good morning and welcome to Wake Up with Pastor Scot and Pastor Holly. Today we’re in Colossians 3:2, where the Bible says, “Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.” This episode is all about learning how to direct your thoughts instead of letting your thoughts direct you. Pastor Scot and Pastor Holly talk about how many people simply let their minds roam wherever they want. If a thought of anger comes, they sit in it. If bitterness comes, they entertain it. If fear comes, they follow it. But Scripture gives us a different way to live. We are told to set our minds, and not just set them once, but keep them set. That means being intentional about what you dwell on and what you refuse to let stay. This message is a powerful reminder that if you want your life to move forward, your thinking has to move forward too. You cannot keep your mind in reverse and expect your life to keep driving ahead. If you want peace, love, patience, kindness, and joy, then you have to keep steering your thoughts back toward those kingdom things. That may mean forgiving when you want to stay bitter, choosing gentleness when you want to snap back, and deciding to think on what God says instead of what your emotions are screaming. Pastor Scot and Pastor Holly also connect this to everyday relationships. In marriage, in parenting, in work, and in friendship, setting your mind changes the direction of your day. When you fight with yourself instead of fighting everyone around you, and when you keep bringing your thoughts back to what is above, you begin living at a higher level and experiencing a better quality of life. Set your mind on love. Set your mind on generosity. Set your mind on peace. Set your mind on things above, and watch your life begin to move in a new direction. episode The Quickest Way to Get Joy cover

The Quickest Way to Get Joy

Good morning and welcome to Wake Up with Pastor Scot and Pastor Holly. Today we’re in 1 Thessalonians 5:18, where the Bible says, “Give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” This episode is all about gratitude, contentment, and how thankfulness becomes one of the strongest paths to joy and a truly successful life. Pastor Scot and Pastor Holly talk about how hard it can be to stay thankful when life is not going the way you want. But Scripture is clear. It does not say to give thanks only when things are easy. It says to give thanks in all circumstances. That is such a powerful key because gratitude shifts your focus away from frustration and back onto what God has already done, already given, and is still doing in your life. This message also highlights how gratitude affects your whole life. It lifts emotional well-being, helps with peace and sleep, lowers depression, and strengthens how you relate to other people. Gratitude really does move you upward. It becomes like a ladder that helps carry you toward greater opportunity, stronger relationships, and a healthier inner life. Pastor Scot and Pastor Holly also point out something really important. There is a difference between faith and entitlement. It is good to believe God for more. It is right to trust Him for promises and increase. But it is unhealthy to live as if God owes you something and to stay frustrated over what has not shown up yet. Gratitude keeps your heart soft, joyful, and grounded while you continue trusting God for what is ahead. If you want more joy, more peace, and more contentment, start with Thanksgiving. Gratitude changes the atmosphere of your day and opens your heart to see the goodness of God right where you are. Partner with us at wakeuptv.tv Don’t forget to like, share, and subscribe.
