Welcome to episode 10!!!!!!!!! I cant believe we have reached 10 episodes, its honestly been amazing. This year has brought me so much peace and mainly because of how I have been intentional about the space I want to be in and I have been intentional about not letting anything move me from that. In this episode I share how taking the high road has brought me so much peace and how I have just been intentional about keeping myself in a good space.

At some point in your life you've probably questioned where you are, your wins and if you can actually do what you are called to do. I know I have gone through that, even on occasions where I have worked extra hard to get the appointment/position/seat. In this weeks episode we talk about imposter syndrome and how crippling it can be. I also share my thoughts on it and how you can move past it.

Like most of us, I have spent many years trying to either lose weight, gain weight or try different things that will help with my body image. The crash diets, the starving myself, the never ending gym contracts, I've done it all. The reasons for wanting to make these changes, have never been able to carry me to a healthy place but instead had me back where I started when I didn't see any changes in my body. More often than not, people don't like to talk about the importance of being healthy and making healthier choices because its always seen as a negative thing. In todays episode I take you through my ongoing journey to loving myself back to a healthier place, whilst sharing what has worked for me.

Life wouldn't be life, if we didn't have not so cute days. This past week was a hard one for me and I guess as strong as I take myself to be, I allowed myself to break down a little. Most of us don't allow ourselves the opportunity to breakdown because we want to always look like we have it all together, but that only delays the inevitable. In todays episode, I remind you that its okay to not be okay, and I hope when that time comes, you have a strong support system around you.

As we hit the mid-year mark, I wanted us to dust off our vision boards, new years resolution lists, goal lists and reflect on how much progress we have made towards the things we planned to do and achieve in the year 2022. Reflecting on and reviewing these goals is important because we might not be the same people that we were when we wrote them down. In this episode we look at reflecting on these goals / plans and recommitting to them as we go into the second half of the year, while reminding ourselves that its not over and its not too late to go after the things we want.
