episode Nathan Fell Part 1 cover

Nathan Fell Part 1

In this first episode of What Makes You Tick with Thommo, I sit down with Nathan Fell for a relaxed conversation over a couple of Guinness while we dig back through some of the moments that shaped him. Nathan talks about growing up in the Blue Mountains until he was about nine years old before a massive life shift saw his family move out to Broken Hill — a change that felt like stepping into a completely different world. We also get into his childhood trips to England, visiting family several times while growing up. Those visits came with the bittersweet memories many people know too well — being told, “This might be the last time you see your grandma, make sure you say goodbye.” Moments that stick with you long after you’re a kid. Nathan and I also find common ground in something a lot of people underestimate: pushing trolleys as a job when we were younger. What seems like a basic job on the surface actually has its own hidden logistics, strategies, and stories — and we chew the fat about what really goes on behind the scenes. We round it out talking about travelling overseas, living the simple philosophy of holidaying until the money runs out, and the experiences that come with that kind of freedom. It’s an easygoing yarn about growing up, moving towns, working simple jobs that teach real lessons, and seeing the world when you get the chance.

episode Daytime Part1 cover

Daytime Part1

In this episode, Thommo sits down with TikTok creator Daytime, also known off the app as Ricky, for a real and unfiltered conversation about the life experiences that shaped him. Daytime was young on a sheep farm, but his story really begins when he moves to Ararat — where life starts to change fast and the choices he makes begin shaping the man he would become. The conversation moves into one of the most serious and defining moments of his past — finding out his sister had been assaulted — and the events that followed, leading to him taking justice into his own hands and ending up in a kidnapping situation with the man he believed was responsible. He speaks openly about the mindset he was in, the fallout from those decisions, and the consequences that came with it. We also dive into his time travelling overseas, including a Las Vegas trip he describes as his own real-life “Hangover” style experience — wild, chaotic, and something you have to hear to believe. The episode doesn’t avoid the tough topics either. Daytime speaks honestly about drug use, prison cycles, and how easy it can be to get stuck in that lifestyle. But the biggest turning point in this story is fatherhood. Becoming a dad shifted his entire mindset and forced him to look at the future differently. His message now is simple: No more prison. No more that life. He’s done with it. This is a story about consequences, growth, loyalty, and making the choice to break cycles before they break you.

The Ditchy Files Ep 1

Welcome to The Ditchy Files. This is my raw, unfiltered insight into the world of TikTok — the good, the bad, and the ugly. The Ditchy Files isn’t about clout, drama, or chasing views. It’s about exposing how dark and toxic this platform can become… but also showing the other side — where people come together, speak truths, hold each other accountable, and try to bring some light back into a space that’s quickly becoming a very dark place. This series is about conversations that people are too scared to have. Stories that don’t make the algorithm comfortable. Accountability that doesn’t fit the narrative. And voices that refuse to stay silent. If TikTok is becoming the modern digital wild west — this is the case file. Welcome to Episode One of The Ditchy Files.

episode The Ditchy Files Ep 2 cover

The Ditchy Files Ep 2

The Ditchy Files — Ep2 Episode 2 of The Ditchy Files isn’t about drama, clout, or calling people out — it’s about facts, truth, and giving people a voice. This episode brings together Chiny, Nicole, Daytime, and Vlad for an honest conversation about real life, real history, and real experiences — not rumours, not narratives, not internet versions of events. Daytime talks about growing up with Ditchie, the realities of their relationship, and calls out the myths with facts — not attacks, not emotion, not drama — just truth and lived experience. Everyone in this room gets space to speak. Everyone gets heard. No one gets silenced. No one gets thrown under the bus. This isn’t a hit piece. This isn’t a defence piece. This isn’t an expose. It’s a conversation. Backed by facts. Backed by lived experience. Backed by real people who were actually there. The Ditchy Files exists for one reason: To let people tell their stories in their own words — without distortion, without editing narratives, and without turning human lives into content. No pile-ons. No witch hunts. No bullshit. Just truth. Just voices. Just reality.

Liker at det er både Podcaster (godt utvalg) og lydbøker i samme app, pluss at man kan holde Podcaster og lydbøker atskilt i biblioteket.
