What I learned in therapy

Have you ever been to therapy? Truthfully, I know there's a stigma attached to counselling so it's not easy for people to admit to the help that they need, but it's truly a wonderful experience that I believe everyone should try once (the earlier the better!) In this episode, I've listed all of the major things I've learned while being in therapy for years. I hope you'll learn something new out of this, it's a truly important topic for people of all ages.

Stop following the norm!!

People in their 20s are always trying to fit into a certain normal standard. And this is fine if this is something that you enjoy! But not many realize that you can and you should challenge yourself to deviate from the norm. It can open your eyes up to so many new experiences and perspectives which is exactly what 20 year olds should strive to acquire! Let's talk social anxiety
