Juggling Hats as a Founder, Mom and Philanthropist
In this episode, Hannah is joined by Sabrina—author, publisher, speaker, and "The Book Doula"—to dismantle the "Superwoman" myth.
Sabrina Greer is known as The Book Doula because she helps women BIRTH their body of work. She is also an author, keynote (and TEDx) speaker, book publisher and founder of fEMPOWHER Global, a registered charity devoted to helping female youth reclaim their voice, story, and influence. With a background in developmental psychology and nearly two decades as an international fashion model, Sabrina’s work is rooted in lived experience—transmuting trauma, identity loss, body dysmorphia, shame and silence into embodied authority. She is a mom to three sons and dozens of fur and feather babies, raising the next generation of good men on a 70-acre farmstead in a forest. Her work sits at the intersection of storytelling, psychology, and power—helping women share their voice and rewrite their futures.
If you’ve ever felt like the woman with eight arms, juggling a laptop, a baby, and a never-ending to-do list, this conversation is your permission slip to put the extra hats down. Sabrina shares how she manages a 70-acre farmstead and multiple businesses without burning out by shifting from a culture of "can't" to a culture of "won't."
From her days as an international fashion model to raising three sons in the "boonies," Sabrina explains why energy, not time, is your most valuable resource. Whether you’re an entrepreneur, a stay-at-home parent, or someone just trying to survive the "snack-servant" phase of life, this episode offers a roadmap for moving from overstimulation to embodied authority.

* The "I Won't" Boundary: Moving away from the "I can't" narrative. Sabrina discusses how "I won't" serves as a powerful, honest boundary that restores your agency and protects your mental space.
* Present Parenting: Challenging the distractibility of the "TikTok generation." Hannah and Sabrina discuss how "enrolling" your children in your tasks allows you to be fully present when the computer finally shuts down.
