Which is good, but also can take you away from the beauty that life gives you. Hi everyone!! Hope all has been well for you guys. I again have taken a week off from publishing due to many factors, but no excuses. In this episode, I dive into how I and we as a whole can "stop" the negative self-talk we do every day. Negative self-talk is what keeps us from achieving the dreams and goals we aspire for ourselves and our families. I go into a couple of points that have helped me get out of the negative self talks to myself and I hope that you can try these tips as well. I am not perfect, every day I try to be better than the last but sometimes it can be hard due to life. It is normal. I am here to be real and to help you know that you are not alone. Hi everyone! So sorry for a missed pod episode last week, just needed time to myself. Anyways, in this episode, I dive into the topic of self-improvement and defining what is best for you. Social media is the first place to find "how to be better" "how to be successful" etc...which is all great, it can be super motivating to get us back in a grove. BUT this is where we fall into a trap. Self-improvement is about growth and using what we have and forming it to be better day by day. We think we need to "fix" ourselves with self-improvement, and we fall into the dark side of not feeling enough.
