On this episode I'm talking to the awesome coach Kelevra. Jordan shared with us his personal troubles with depression and mental health issues. "We go deep into detail how he felt at his lowest point" The greatest thing about this podcast was the truth and honesty of his life experience and how he coped and overcame depression. Through his own experience Jordan has learnt how to cope with mental health issues himself he now volunteers to help others suffering with the same condition. We also covered how to self medicate and use holistic supplements to help combat things like depression and mental health. I met this awesome guy. Scott Shacklady he is a health and fitness professional struggling with mental health. Scotts aim is to raise awareness about mental health. During this episode you will hear Scott talk from the heart about his own struggles with mental health and how he became suicidal. The is a happy ending to his story he is now living in Australia and living life to the max. Thanks to his mother who saved him committing suicide.
