Removing people from your life isn't easy. It's not something you just decide to do overnight. You set boundaries and ask to be respected. The loss of a loved one who is still alive is the hardest. I recently had to have a conversation with my children about morning the loss of their family members who are very much still alive. Teaching my children what good relationships look like with the home, friendships, and other family. That when they set boundaries, they need to stick to them. Breaking a cycle of generations of parenting and mental health! The importance of healing and forming better relationships. Mourning people whonare alive, living their life as if you didn't exist and your feeling ment nothing. It's time to move on and build a life without them.

Jillian talks about her journey of having to re-event her buiness under a different name, her relationship with her family, juggling her life with children and her business. Re-eventing ourselves after doing something we love and had built our lives around isn't easy. Having a business name for so long, makes it hard to change that name and break away from a franchise after being known as that name for so long. Jillian served 4 years in the air force and became has bee a Sonographer for over 17years, later she bought into a Baby Ultrasound franchise, opening up a center in Eau Claire, WI. Years later she opened up a second location and ran two locations 4 hrs apart from each other. 31: How Ice Baths have helped me with my mental health

My mental health has been my top priority lately and I have been working super hard on it! I have seen so many people on TikTok doing Ice baths in cold water to help with depression, anxiety and even their metabolism. I have a beautiful pond on our property and I decided to talk cold baths in it and even got to start to swim! 30: Losing someone you went no contact with

Loving someone isn't easy, going no contact with a loved one due to a toxic relationship is harder. I recently lost someone who I had gone no contact with.  I talk about how I removed my Parents, siblings and many loved ones from my life.
