Mehr Elisa Unfiltered : Living Life Out Loud
This show is all about YOU! Well, actually it’s all about me and how I have been navigating this crazy life. But once you start listening you will see that we are all the same. And together, we will have a one sided conversation about everything LIFE related! Once upon a time, I was a World Cup level athlete. When I quit, I gained 85 lbs in a year, got married, got divorced a year later, hated my job, hated life and just sort of gave up and hung out at rock bottom. Then, one day, I took the bull by the horns and changed everything! This podcast will take you through some of the emotional, mental and physical life lessons that have been presented to me over the years, and how I’ve learned, and sometimes not learned how to forgive, let go, make good decisions, be happy, move on, and ultimately LOVE every inch of my body, mind and soul. Life is always presenting us with challenges, opportunity, and beautiful experiences. It is up to us to see them and make the best of each day.
