We love doing this podcast so much. The audience of people who listen every week when we post means the absolute world to us and we feel so lucky. So lucky to have found each other and have this magical connection and chemistry. And to have this platform to share it with so many people. Anyone can do it. Anyone can have greatness all around them. We hope this finale inspires everyone to find and pursue the greatness they deserve.

This episode took Glennda and Tyler down a rogue memory lane. Glennda just had her 40 year high school reunion and Tyler had his 20th. They compare notes on being healed from their memories from High School. Tyler questions whether his shame memories were real or something his insecurities fabricated entirely. Glennda recalls being bullied and how it shaped the woman she is today… and also whether or not she should have been an attorney.

In this fun little episode we go deep on those underlying fears that haunt us late at night as we are drifting off to sleep… AND how they motivate us to live life in a way that will protect us from these nightmares becoming a reality.

Both Glennda and Tyler have had a nice taste of the public eye. With the way social media has continued to grow, everyone has the opportunity to use the camera on the back of their phone to build an entire business and persona that can change your life forever in ways you never imagined. In this episode we talk about bit about what that has felt like for us.

The real estate industry has been rapidly changing over the last decade. New companies, new business models, and a new implementation of clawbacks. After talking with hundreds of agents, we realized most agents sign these agreements with zero understanding of what they mean and how they impact their ability to make major business decisions in their career. Today’s episode dives into this. Maybe it’s a problem. Maybe it’s not. That’s for the person signing the contract to decide.
