When I first launched in March 2019, I had no idea how quickly we would expand. So immediately, I thought of the idea of not only catering to pescetarian's or healthy eaters but also wanting to cater to people who have gluten allergies by offering them a gluten-free version. In the episode, Jarel Chavi shares how s dealing with adversity and challenges as a former pro basketball player, and he shares his overseas of playing basketball for seven different countries from Singapore to Australia. Also, how he encountered a serious injury of the Achilles and was forced to stop playing basketball, but actually came at the right time where he got to spend time with his late grandmother. Also, shares how playing overseas and being away from his family for long periods of time, and making the decision to go back to the United States. By networking, he was able to secure a top division one men's basketball coaching job where he is able to work with one of the top NCAA coaches by the name of Nate James.
