Pamela is a Costa Rican mujer that has pursued animation and illustration after a few years of community organizing. Influenced by contemporary issues impacting Latinx communities Pamela hopes to highlight the resilience and beauty that rise from these experiences. We discuss the complex relationship women have with food, curtido, and the ways Salvadoran food is moving with its people.
