Let It Go

We will always come across stressful situations in our journey of life. However, being mindful will help us negotiate stress a lot better. First, we must acknowledge that nothing is here to stay forever, and then believing that change is inevitable and will give way to the new will help us deal with stress better. Adding more stress to an already stressful situation is like piling more goods on an already full cart. It will be even more difficult to pull it. Ripples In The Mind

Thoughts are like stones that create ripples when thrown in still water. But we cannot stop these ripples suddenly. If we don’t let another stone to disturb the water, the ripples will go away on their own. Likewise, if we are able to control our thoughts and regulate their appearance by being mindful, without judgment of what consequences these thoughts will have, we will be able to avoid thoughts that bother us. There is always a way to do something new, especially in these times when we feel the need to look beyond circumstances that don’t seem to work in our favor.
