Strictly Baseball: Rank Em- Top 15 Starting Pitchers/WBC Final

Jacob and Rory introduce the new Rank Em System (RES), a points based algorithm that is used to value players. Now that we've completed our trip around the diamond, we are going to finish these rankings with the Top 15 starting pitchers.
