In our final episode of season 1 we discuss women in leadership, whether that be in the workplace, family or possibly in sport. As always we draw on our personal experiences, and learnings to bring you this conversation. We would love to hear your feedback on this episode and on the first season, any requests for future seasons etc.

A slightly different turn but we wanted to discuss this. In this episode, we all dive into what wish we knew about romantic relationships. From discussing dating apps & dating fails to sharing what advice we would give our younger selves... Plus of course some cheekier bits! Let us know your thoughts and next week we can't believe will be the sixth & final episode of our first series; Women in Leadership.

In episode four we dive into the discussion of DNF [did not finish] and DNS [did not start]. As athletes of differing levels, we chat through not only our experiences with it and how it mentally affects us but also when we feel it is "right" to pull the plug. So here we go, the power of DNF and DNS.

In our third episode, we sit down to discuss the difference between mental health and mental illness, and why we are so passionate about this subject. We pull on our own experiences with suffering from a mental illness to how we manage our mental health now, but also discuss why it is important to not blur the line between the two definitions. *If you are someone suffering from a mental illness, we urge you to seek help and talk to a professional.

In Episode 2 we wanted to crank up the volume a little and try to answer the question, does sex sell? And if it does, WHY does it still have this hold in 2023? We bring in some personal experiences, look into what is happening in business and bring in some key stats to answer this question. We hope you enjoy and would love to hear about your experiences & views on this topic.
