A Moment with Mone' was created so that I can give myself permission to have some time to reflect, show gratitude, educate, remember or vent when necessary. I am a person that wears many hats, all of which I love, however sometimes I feel that I switch them so often without taking account for myself as a person without the roles. I know I am not the only one, right? So in this space I take time to lean into who I am in this moment and the things that I am focusing on.
