Ep 2 Emotional Pain

On this EP I’m candid, raw and talk about emotional pain. If you are not in a space to hear about that and some of its heaviness, I invite you to listen at a later time.  I decided not to edit a lot of this recording just to showcase that a podcast doesn’t have to be so well done and perfect. I can lose my train of thought or change topic and cry and breathe loudly, change my tone of voice and not make sense. This is my flow. What is going on with me?
