Inspiring Conversations

Two working women with 75 years of experience in total have started a series of conversations to address some issues faced by women in the corporate world and how we can approach it. Umran Beba and Muriel Omur Ilbas have tested and learned approaches that have worked for them and sometimes not worked for them; therefore they have some learnings. Their passion is to run these conversations for a more equitable world, at workplaces with groups, to let them address these issues without fear.
