Sarah’s successful track record includes serving as co-lead in the JUUL products liability litigation, acting as settlement counsel in the Flint Water Cases and serving as a member of the Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee in the Gilead HIV Drug Kidney & Bone Injuries Litigation. Now, Sarah is leading two major mass tort litigations against Roblox for Sexual Exploitation of Minors and Uber for Passenger Sexual Assault. In today’s conversation, Sarah shares her approach to litigating against massive corporations, she explains what leadership in mass torts entails and what it means for her, and she also provides background on the Uber and Roblox litigations and why those companies needed regulation.
