From reading "Cat in the Hat" to graduating as Valedictorian of his GED class, Bobby’s dedication didn’t stop there—he went on to earn a degree in Human Services from the **University of Baltimore**, all while still incarcerated. Since his release, Lil Bobby has channeled his experiences into positive action by founding the Bullying Intervention Team (BIT), a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting, educating, and empowering individuals affected by bullying. He also works as a Reintegration Specialist for the Second Chance Program at UB, helping others navigate their return home after incarceration.
