Retail Reality : Witnessing a Critical Incident

Alex eye witnessed a smash & grab attempt from a group of offenders charging into a jewellery store. His describes the event in detail and discusses how his actions ensured that onlookers and staff were safe and how he kept the crime scene cleared until law enforcement turned up.
