How to act on the instructions of the Lord for the supply of your need - Part 2

Welcome, friends, to Season 4, Episode 2 of The Seasoned Word Devotional Podcast. In this session, we continue our teaching on “How to Prepare for the Supply of Your Need,” with a subtopic: “How to Act on the Instructions the Lord Lays on Your Heart as Part of Your Preparation.” In our previous episodes, we established that true preparation is fulfilled by inclining your heart to hear the Lord’s instructions—and by faithfully acting on each one He gives. This is what brings faith to completion for the supply of your need, because Scripture teaches us that faith is made complete through action. But how do we act on the instructions the Lord places on our hearts? Often, we think of action as merely physical. However, in this teaching, we highlight that spoken words are also a vital form of action. As Colossians 3:17 reminds us, our words must align with the will of God. For our faith to be complete in action, our speech must agree with and reinforce the instructions the Lord gives us. When our words and actions are in harmony with His guidance, our preparation becomes complete—and we position ourselves for the supply of our need. My prayer is that this word blesses you and equips you with a deeper understanding of how to prepare for all that you need in life according to God’s Word, so that no need goes unmet this year. Thank you for joining us. God richly bless you. Don’t forget to subscribe and share your reflections in the comments—especially how this word has impacted you and the testimonies of its fruit in your life. Have a wonderful rest of your day. We look forward to being with you in our next episode. The peace of Christ be with you all.

How to discern the voice of the Lord - Part 4

Welcome to Episode 4 of season 3 of the seasoned word devotional podcast. This morning we continue the subtopic; How to discern the voice of the Lord - Part 4 as part of the principle of Preparation. We have highlighted that preparation is fulfilled by inclining your ears to hear every instruction of the Lord and acting on them. But before you act on the instructions you must confirm that the instructions you are hearing are of the Lord. How do you discern the voice or the instructions of the Lord? That is the subtopic topic we address in season 3, How to discern the voice of the Lord - Part 4. I trust that these teaching bring the light of God's word into your spirit to know how to discern and confirm the voice of the Lord in your preparation for the supply of your need. I pray this message strengthens your confidence in the Lord and gives you the guidance on how to incline your ears to hear the Lord and confirm his voice. I also pray that whatever your needs may be, you will bring them before Him, trusting His promise and preparing yourself according to his word by inclining your ears to hear every instruction he gives you and acting on all of them for the supply of that need, because he has promised as it is written “My God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:19).
