High-Protein Cottage Cheese Pancakes
15g protein per serving Ingredients:
• 1 1/4 cup flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 cup cottage cheese
• 3 eggs
• 2 Tbsp milk
• 2 Tbsp coconut oil
• 1 Tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Blend cottage cheese, eggs, and milk until smooth. Mix with dry ingredients, stir in remaining ingredients, then cook on a skillet until golden brown.
