010 - Agajaanana Padmarkam Sloka Meaning (Telugu)

This sloka is chanted before starting any work. The prayer is to the Lord Ganesha to remove all obstacles and help us reach out goals. Listening or chanting a sloka with it's meaning in mind gives us sampoorna phalam (full benefit). Transcript: ఈరోజు మనము,  "అగజానన పద్మార్కం గజాననమహర్నిశం" శ్లోక అర్ధము తెలుసుకుందాము. ఈ శ్లోకము మనము పనులు చేసేముందు విఘ్నాలు తొలగి కార్య సిద్ధి అంటే మనము చేయ తలపెట్టిన  పని సవ్యముగా జరుగుటకు బాగా తోడ్పడుతుంది. అగజానన పద్మార్కం గజాననమహర్నిశం అనేకదంతం భక్తానామేకదంతముపాస్మహే | అగజానన - అగ, జ, ఆనన కలిపితే అగజానన ఔతుంది. అగ అంటే కదలనది  అంటే పర్వతము, జా అంటే పుట్టుట.  అగజా అంటే పర్వతరాజ పుత్రీ అంటే పార్వతీ దేవి అని అర్ధము. ఆనన అంటే ముఖము. అగజానన అంటే పర్వతరాజ పుత్రీ, పార్వతీ దేవి ముఖము. పద్మార్కం - ఆర్క అంటే సూర్యుడు, పద్మార్కం అంటే సూర్యునిచే  వికసింపపడిన తామర పుష్పము. అగజానన పద్మార్కం అంటే ఇక్కడ అంతరార్ధము  వినాయకునిచే వికసింపబడిన పార్వతీ దేవి ముఖము. గజాననమహర్నిశం - పదాలను విడ తీస్తే,  గజ, ఆననం, అహర్నిశం.  గజాననమ్ అంటే ఏనుగు ముఖము అంటే వినాయకుని ముఖము, అహర్నిశం అంటే ఎల్లప్పుడూ, పగలు మరియు రాత్రి. అనేకదంతం - పదాలను విడ తీస్తే, అనేకదం, తమ్. అనేకదం లో అనేక అంటే చాలా, ద అంటే, 'దదాతి ఇతి' అంటే ఇచ్చుట. తమ్ అంటే అతడు అంటే వినాయకుడు. అనేకదంతం అంటే మనకి అనేకమైన పురుషార్ధాలు అంటే ధర్మ, అర్ధ, కామ, మోక్షములను  ఇచ్చువాడు, సకల కోర్కెలను తీర్చువాడు ఆ గజాననుడు. భక్తానాం -  అంటే భక్తులకందరి కోర్కెలు తీర్చువాడు. ఏకదంతం - ఒకే దంతము కల వాడిని, అంటే ఆ గజాననుడను. ఉపాస్మహే -  మేము ధ్యానిస్తున్నాము. తాత్పర్యము సూర్యుడు తామరపువ్వును వికసింపచేసినట్లుగా, పార్వతీ దేవి ముఖమును వికసింపచేసి ఆనందపరచువానిని, ఏక దంతము కలవాడిని, ఏనుగు ముఖము కలవాడిని, మన అన్ని కోర్కెలను తీర్చువాడిని, ధర్మ, అర్ధ, కామ, మోక్ష  పురుషార్ధములు ఇచ్చువాడిని, ఆ వినాయకుని, మేము, అన్ని వేళల, పగలు, రాత్రి, ఎల్లప్పుడూ ధ్యానిస్తున్నాము.
