As new believers, not being discouraged, but encouraged to grow to one day become leaders 6. Respecting God, and always speaking of/about him with the highest respect as he deserves. Psalm 139:23-24 3. Isaiah 43:19  4. Not leading in a negative/ condescending way, but encouraging, uplifting, building them up, and supporting them. Reframing from expressing our disappointment. 5. Having self control over our emotions, and being mindful of how we handle our feelings, when we are not in a good mood. That we are wise knowing others are looking at us, and having a Godly character reputation, and seeking opportunity to teach and model this to others.  6. Allowing God to change our hearts, to love people more. To be in the word, so when we have the opportunity to talk about Jesus we are prepared to speak. 7. Being sober, and leading by example by leading with a sober mind and gentle approach. 8. Let go of our love for money, and give that to the hands of God, and use these situations to be honest with one another and modeling how you Choose Christ over the money.
