Mona Sinha started her first business at 11 selling dog collars so she has been running businesses for a while now. She also worked with Gary Vaynerchuk and when we sat down to talk, Mona was a post grad research assistant at Yale School of Medicine. Craft, Advocacy, and the Artist’s Approach - with Pam Guest

In this episode, I sit down with my friend Pam Guest, actor, casting director, SAG-AFTRA board member. She was very instrumental in helping me bring people on board for my film Sandpaper, which I wrote, produced, and acted in. She is also the amazing woman who played my mom in my film, so naturally she has a special place in my heart. Pam’s career has spanned decades in front of the camera and behind it, and what I love about this conversation is how open she is about the work. We dive into what it really means to approach acting not just as a job, but as a life’s practice. We discuss the mindset of an artist, performer, producer, writer, all stemming from out lived experiences.
