That evening, we enjoy a cozy spaghetti dinner with cousins and settle in to watch the Olympic Games together. On Saturday, we take a scenic drive to Ouray, exploring the charm of this small mountain town and relaxing at the historic Wiesbaden Vapor Cave. Later, we head to Ridgway for dinner at Colorado Boy Pub & Brewery, and top off the night with dessert — oatmeal raisin Reese’s Peanut Butter ice cream cookie sandwiches (yes, they’re as amazing as they sound!). From snowy strolls to small-town charm, family time to foodie finds, this episode is a joyful travel diary filled with laughter, adventure, and memories made together.
