A Millennial Mistake; From One Millennial Mom to Another

Hey Loves! Today I'm speaking to my fellow millennials who have cut communication with their biological families to protect the kids. To be honest, I was a bit reluctant to publish this episode because it may ruffle some feathers. However, the message I bear was so convicting, I had to go ahead and press play.  I know many of the gurus are telling you to rid yourself of anybody you like, but avoidance is a trauma response and not a healing technique. Look How Far We've Come
