Welcome in! Hungry? Well, I was when I recorded this! I am dropping a teaser reading of my, soon to be released, E-Cookbook, plus a few more reflections. This specific dark time led to many changes within me. It motivated me to move my body everyday. It helped me shift my awareness to my mortality in a productive way.
