Matthew Adam Tuttle was a 27 year old from Fridley, Minnesota. He was the youngest of many siblings and was known as a very nice guy. On July 18, 2022, Matthew was dropped off at his apartment by a friend. Less than 15 minutes later, a witness saw Matthew walk away from the property. He was never seen again. On the morning of May 20, 2024, Keith did not show up for any of his business appointments. When searched, Keith's house was empty. He was never seen again. Vicke Annette Smock was a 25 year old from Salt Lake City, UT. She had 2 daughters and was married a few times.
