(We evolved from UV, visible and IR, but man-made light is above and below the spectrum, microwaves to x-rays and gamma rays.) The most ignored nutrient in food. -Photosynthesis – light is IN the food. -Light encompasses visible and non-visible light-All visible and non-visible light affects us. -Seasonal and local eating. -Circadian Rhythms – including the timing of eating: -Breakfast, lunch, dinner, no snacking, last bite (5 hours before bedtime) e.g. Skipping breakfast?
